SUGGESTED
USE:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily with
a meal, preferably 2 capsules taken with breakfast and 2 capsules
taken with dinner or the last meal of the day (4 per day total).
Studies indicate that calcium is best utilized when taken
in multiple dosages.
Caution:
